Well, hi, James

I just met with Brandon. He understands what's going on. He's going to take this metal ducting out of the floor, and he's going to come back

later this afternoon. So it's, what is it today, Thursday, to clean up that stuff

I forgot my key, but Brandon let me in. He happens to be up at the school today for track and field, and he said he's going to

come and lock the place again. So if you come around in the next few hours, you're going to find one door open

But as I said, Brandon will lock it up. I've just started some experiments here

Let me just turn the camera around if I can. Well, I'll show you in a second

I brought something to break concrete with, because there's some concrete around the edges

that we're going to have to deal with, and it's breaking up quite nicely

So Brandon's got the tool he needs to continue this on his own

So I think everything's going really well. I just wanted to give you a little video update and just show you how this concrete breaks

up and everything's good to go. I think Brandon's going to start work on here

Well, he's going to clean up today, and he may start tomorrow

I don't know. He hasn't committed to an exact date, but I think it's going to be pretty quick
