A few years ago a homeowner from Toronto wrote to ask how he can fasten crown moulding to his concrete ceiling and walls. What’s making it even trickier is that the ceiling is also out of level by as much as 7/8″ in places. In the video below I provide suggestions on how to tackle this. Watch to find out what these options are. Since then a product has been invented that solves the challenge of securing crown molding when there’s no place to drive nails into the walls. It’s called EZCrown, I’ve looked closely at it and like it a lot.
